Spring in the Sierras 2013 Trip Summary

Loved our quick spring getaway to Kings Canyon Sequoia National Park! Four nights and a world away at only a few few hours from home!

Left on a Sunday, attended dock diving practice in Hollister before overnighting in... CASA DE FRUTA! A lifelong dream.

Then one night in Azalea campground, another at Hume Lake (awesome site #29 right by the lake), and a final back at Azalea because we learned we had to zip home the next day because my dad had fallen and broken his OTHER hip.

Our most favorite campsite at Hume Lake. The camp host told us to harvest dead wood (great fire!) and we were just steps away from a lake where Bago could swim. Sweet!
